The driver of the limousine in which Princess Diana was killed spent time in a hotel bar shortly before the Paris crash, a jury at an inquest into her death has heard. CCTV footage viewed in court in London on Thursday shows Henri Paul walking into the bar at the Ritz Hotel shortly after 10 p.m. on the night of the crash in August 31, 1997 in which the princess's lover, Dodi Fayed, died along with Paul. The jury has previously heard that blood tests showed Paul was over the drink-drive limit when the Mercedes he was driving crashed in an underpass while being chased by paparazzi.
Dodi's father, Ritz owner Mohamed al Fayed, however says Paul was not drunk and that the samples were switched after the tragedy.
Later Thursday a three-dimensional police recreation of the crash was due to be shown to the jury.
