Yeah.. the whole thing got blown out control. He did send a threat to SDSU or to anybody else. He doesn't even go to SDSU. In a laps of good judgment, while he was marketing his website he simply picked up that the hot topic on craigslist forums was "the gun man" and furthermore yet with any real knowledge of what had happened at Vteck, he post a rather vague threat that does not mention killing or mention a gun.. it simply said "I will your pathetic souls" I am the shepherd the son of man, something that he might have learned from church going to church. At any rate he posted it on his own website [www.creepyconfessions.com] . When the FBI called him he was completely cooperative and told the truth. It came down to a technicality of the law. Could other people find his posting to be threatening? The intention does not matter at all with US Code 18, 875, it all.

For the record I did NOT send SDSU any threats whatsoever. I did NOT call them, email them, write them or anything like that. I posted a FAKE confession on my website that was meant to get attention but WAS NOT meant in any way shape or form to be taken as a real threat. One of the comments on the confession was: "I know this is a joke but for being an a***ole I'm going to report you to the FBI". Even the FBI knows this to be a fact. I pleaded guilty because my attorney who is a federal defender advised me to do so because the case was public. The FBI even tried to call the news and stop them from running the press. The same guy who reported it to the FBI also reported it to the SDSU police. They called the news. The news ran with it. Somebody had to hang. If it wasn't for the publicity nothing would have happened.

I’ve learned so much from this experience. It’s made me grow. I really regret writing what I did. It was not meant to be taken seriously. I never meant to cause any harm. But alas, I did not perceive the possible outcome but in law ignorance is not an excuse. I apologize for my lack of perception.

I do not condone or agree with in any way with violence or terrorism or anything of the like. Furthermore, I detest all such activities. This is the absolute truth.
