As horrified as I am , I feel that any judge or Child Protective Service dumb enough to allow either the Mom, or so called Dad to ever have this baby, should also serve a sentence. Let him stay the rest of his life with people that will give him what he deserves, in jail. This litte baby deserves a happy stable home, and I am sure there are loving couples much deserving of a beautiful baby girl. All states can end allot of the child abuse, by mandating that parents obtain the proper evaluations, and meet requirements in proper parenting, and obtain a license to be able to have children. I am sorry, but this needs to be addressed, as we all know we have heard or know of simular situations in our own neighborhoods, where children are born into unfit homes with unfit parents everywhere. We only here about it after the children are hurt, or killed. Horrified
