When a St. Louis man was charged with driving without a license, he didn't hire a good lawyer.Instead, he attempted to bribe a court clerk with beer, according to police.
That night, he took some Bud Select to the home of a court clerk and suggested she "lose or get rid of" his court file, according to the Dispatch.
Court reporter Rebecca Byrket, 25, who reportedly lives with Williams, allegedly accompanied him to the woman's home. The woman did not know him, officials said.
