Presenter Ellen DeGeneres kept up her award-winning run by collecting her third consecutive Daytime Emmy for best talk show host.The best soap award was split for the first time in Emmy history - as Guiding Light and the Young and the Restless shared the trophy.
Bob Barker was given the award for best gameshow host, having just retired from The Price is Right after 35 years.
The awards were handed out at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
