NATO says a roadside bomb has killed six soldiers and their Afghan interpreter in southern Afghanistan.Afghan police officials say the attack happened in a volatile region of Kandahar province.
NATO hasn't released the nationalities of the victims, but most of the troops in Kandahar are Canadian.
The attack was the deadliest against foreign troops in Afghanistan since May 13th. That's when seven troops, including five Americans, died when a Chinook helicopter they were riding in crashing in Helmand province.
